Blodeuwedd 2011 - added December 4, 2011
Blodeuwedd came to me in October 2011, once again, to remind me of her story of betrayal and transformation. Seen as a deceiver and adulterer, she does have some valuable qualities to teach those who have betrayed another. What made her speak to me was the fact that I had been betraying myself. I had been engaging in periods of time that were wasted with others who truly did not really care for me, or about me. I had been trying to give the benefit of the doubt until one day I realized that while betraying my own knotted and dizzy feelings, that something must be done to stop it. I had been clamping off old habits and people I thought I could trust. I had been writing about things that bothered me but most of all, I wrote about things that I wanted to be doing, but wasn't. I wasn't doing them because I betrayed my intuition and my emotions. I am not doing that anymore. I am grateful for Blodeuwedd's story of betrayal as well as her faulty personality making her quite similar to me in my own struggles and issues. This is a three paged set, for now. I had also begun an oil canvas painting of her that will be added to this page when it is complete.
